Refund Policy

Eligibility for a Refund

At Nano Trend, we strive for the highest quality in our consulting services and educational materials. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Service Mismatch: If the content of the provided consultation, analytical report, or course differs significantly from the program stated on the nano-trend.org website at the time of purchase.
  • Technical Failures: In the event of critical errors within the Nano Trend digital infrastructure that make access to paid materials impossible and were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe (up to 48 hours).
  • "Cooling-off Period" (EU Regulation): According to EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment, provided you have not yet accessed the bulk of the materials or received a personal consultation.

Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund procedure, please follow these steps:

  2. Use the following subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
  3. Include the following details in the email: first name, last name, email address (used during registration), and the name of the purchased service/product.
  4. Describe the reason for the refund, referring to the points of this policy. We value your feedback to improve our AI tools.
  5. Our expert support team in Italy will review your request within 3 business days.

Timeline and Refund Method

Once a request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be returned strictly via the same method used for the original payment (to the same bank card or account). Please note that the actual time of arrival depends on the regulations of your bank in Italy or another EU country.

Exceptions and Limitations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted after 14 calendar days from the date of the transaction.
  • If the user has already studied, downloaded, or used more than 50% of the analytical report or educational course materials.
  • Inability to use the platform due to issues on the user's side (lack of internet, incompatible software).
  • Violation of the User Agreement or the rules of the Nano Trend platform.
